Why the name

It's called Birth Control because that's the point: your pregnancy, under your control.

Not your carrier's. Not an ad network's. Not a subpoena away on somebody's server. Pregnancy data is some of the most sensitive data there is, and the only copy of yours lives encrypted on your phone.

Everything you need

A full pregnancy companion,
minus the surveillance.

Week-by-week progress and the tools you actually reach for,
running on your phone, not in someone else's data center.

📈

Symptoms & weight

Log how you feel and track weight over time on a simple chart. All of it stays local.

How it protects you

Your data cannot leak from a place it never goes.

  • On-device only. Weeks, symptoms, kicks, contractions, and notes are stored locally and encrypted. They are never uploaded.
  • Decoy PIN. A second PIN opens a separate, empty vault. A forced unlock reveals nothing real.
  • Discreet mode. Swap the app icon for a plain dot, and the lock screen shows a keypad with no branding at all.
  • Hidden in the app switcher. The screen is covered the moment the app moves to the background, so previews never leak.
  • Backups stay yours. Optional backups are encrypted with a passphrase only you know, then handed to you as a file.

Not hypothetical

This keeps happening.

Real apps asked people for their most sensitive data, promised to protect it, then leaked it or handed it to advertisers. The only data that never ends up in a headline is the data an app never had.

Good questions

Frequently asked

Where does my data live?

In an encrypted database on your phone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server. The app works fully in airplane mode.

What if someone takes my phone?

The app locks behind your PIN or Face ID and auto-locks on its own. If you are ever forced to open it, a decoy PIN opens a separate, empty vault.

Can you recover my data if I forget my PIN?

No, and that's the point. Your PIN unlocks the encryption key, which never leaves your device. Keep an encrypted backup with a passphrase you remember.

Is this medical advice?

No. Due dates, week counts, and milestones are informational estimates, not medical advice. Always rely on your healthcare provider.
